Every day social networks create different news, enhancements, possibilities to entertain for us (users).That’s creating a space for fruitful growth, personal realization, or just presentation. Many users have accepted it without any problems or concerns.We show our privacy publicly, worse is, we do it foolishly and often without a bit of sense. Of course, not everyone but many people don't think properly when they posting something.

One side of this phenomenon is that we add the photo/video and friends/followers have unlimited access to it. On the other hand there is also the possibility of Stories whose vision is limited.The dose of urgency that comes from the limited amount of time, that social networks provide to view my friends photos or videos, makes us watch Stories more often, (at least in my case).  I began to wonder if it really gives me something positive (entertainment, knowledge, ...). The answer was, in most cases, no. That's why I decided to “attack” my friend and the absurdity of some of these photos through my Facebook and Instagram stories.

Because both Instagram and Facebook offer different enhancements to our images from filters, text to emojis. I've decided for the sticker system.Whenever a post seemed to me as nonsense or futility, I took it off (made a screenshot) and "label" it with my sticker. I left some parts of the original photos, for original owner of the post so as they could recognize it. Then I posted it again as my stories.  My "sticker" depicted a bull answers a call of nature (shitting bull = bullshit, in the meaning of nonsense, with an little quiet sarcastic note- seriously?)

The result was a couple of views, but considering the number of my friends and followers it was quite good (as a positive I take that some of the people who saw my posts were the original owners of them). Comments were few, mostly confused questions or emojis, but no negatives or hate. Well, I think my friends on whom it was aimed at, will consider if will be or what will be their next contribution.

This project was created during the course Critic – Critical practice in Graphic Design at Department of Visual Communication at Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava.
